I Need A Remedy For My “old Man” To Stop Snoring!!!?

Recently my ancient man has started snoring EXCEPTIONALLY LOUD. We don’t have insurance, so our resources are limited as to what to do. I’m willing to attempt beautiful much any homeopathic remedies, or SOMETHING that is non invasive, as he won’t place anything in his mouth. Too, I already take sleep medication, but fair in the final week, it’s gotten considerably worse.

unfortunately there is no homepathic remedy that works. Although a sleep study is expensive, the treatment is relatvely cheap. A CPAP on line is under 500 dollars. TRy and apply for medicaid.
Sleep apnea is serious. It is fatal untreated.

It depends on what kind of snorer you are. The 3 types are:
1) Nasal Snorer
2) Throat Snorer
3) Tongue Base Snorer
How to Identify? What’s the possible solution?
1) Nasal Snorer – Near Mouth, Cover 1 nostril and breathe in. Whether you see the other nostril collapse (the skin depresses upon breathing), then you’ll need a nasal strip such as Breathe Right.
2) Throat Snorer – Open mouth and make a snoring noise. Then near mouth and make the snoring noise again. Whether you can only snore with your mouth open then you are a Throat Snorer. The product that helps here is a chin strap to shut the mouth when sleeping.
3) Tongue Base Snorer – Adhere your tongue out as distant as it will go and grip it between your teeth, then make a snoring noise. Whether the snoring noise is reduced then he’s a Tongue Base Snorer. Attempt getting him to sleep on his side. It should assist. Whether not, attempt a mouth piece that holds the snorer’s lower jaw in a slightly forward extended position. This moves the base of the tongue absent from the back of the airway and the soft palate, removing the obstruction and restoring silent breathing.

Attempt getting him to sleep on his side. Prop pillows behind hm so whether he rolls over he will be nudged back onto his side. Purchase a cheap humidifier. Make certain he stops drinking milk and eating dairy. It make shim congested ta night and increases snoring. The kind of snoring he is doing is called “heroic” snoring because it is so loud, This kind of snoring has been linked with a 67% increased risk of stroke. Excellent luck to you.
